I manage a 15+ member VAT compliance team across return preparation, review, sign-off and filing, and personally counsel around 10 professionals on their careers.

I also own the engagement's financial machinery: purchase orders, invoice tracking, internal costing, and the management reporting trackers that keep leadership honest about where the hours go.

A team that delivers every month — and a personal track record of six promotions from Staff (2015) to Manager (2021, with grade advancements in 2021, 2023 and 2025). I grew here, and I grow people here.
