What I did
My approach is simple: map a workflow, find the steps that repeat, and build AI-assisted modules and agents around them — data preparation, first-pass validation, tracking, drafting.
The line I never cross: automation prepares, humans decide. Review and sign-off stay with people, because a signature is a judgment, not a process step.
Impact
Flows that used to consume reviewer hours run with far less manual effort. The team's time shifts from mechanical work to decisions — which is where a compliance team actually earns its keep.
